Eric is a big believer in learning by doing. He believes that immersive experiences where you can get your hands dirty and see for yourself how things work is learning you'll actually remember. His classes are designed to make learning fun and impactful. Moreover, the class will help you hit the ground running when you go back to work. Not only will you know what all the terms and theories mean, but you'll understand why they matter, while simultaneously getting a chance to practice it all for yourself.
Eric has a great deal of experience as well. He was a coder, albeit in his words, "not a very good one." So he became a waterfall project manager. He did both of those roles for years with many different organizations. But in 2004 he met Scrum for the first time. He spent years as a scrum master, product owner and coach at all levels before discovering his true passion, training. It is clear to his students that training is Eric's passion. He does it with the necessary background, experience and expertise, while also "keeping it real."
